Fiona Hyslop is a Member of the Scottish Parliament and the Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs in the Scottish Government. She has held several positions in the Scottish Cabinet since 2007 and has had a successful electoral career preceding that, representing the people of Scotland as a backbench member of the Scottish National Party.
