Joseph Quinlan is Chief Market Strategist, Bank of America in New York and he has been the author of AmCham’s annual reports on the Irish-US Economic Relationship since 2011. He is a Transatlantic Fellow at both the German Marshal Fund of the U.S. in Washington D.C. and at the Centre for Transatlantic Relations at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, Washington D.C.
