In his address to the IIEA, Mr. Finnegan discussed Ireland’s high placing in international innovation rankings, how Ireland managed to achieve this and why it is well positioned to to take the lead in digital innovation in many areas in the future.

Ken Finnegan is Director, Technology and Innovation at the Harbour Innovation Campus (HIC) in Dublin. Previously he was Chief Technologist with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA). He holds an MSc in Strategic Management and Planning from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
