Ann Linde has served as Swedish Minister for European Union Affairs and Trade since May 2016. She is a member of the governing Social Democratic Party, and she previously held the position of State Secretary to the Minister for Home Affairs (2014-16.) Before her role in the current Swedish Government, she was the Head of the International Unit of the Party of European Socialists (PES) in Brussels.
