On Tuesday, 12 July 2016, the IIEA Brussels Branch hosted a special, celebratory AGM marking the occasion of the 80th birthday of IIEA Founder and Chairman, Brendan Halligan.
The event was addressed by Ireland’s Permanent Representative to the EU, Ambassador Declan Kelleher, and the European Commissioner for Agriculture, Phil Hogan.
